Pick & Crop is operated by the developer identified as the seller or provider in the applicable App Store listing.

What Is Pick & Crop?

Pick & Crop is an AI photo assistant that helps identify strong images among similar photos and recommends improved crops. It also offers optional local image enhancement. You review every recommendation and make the final decision before a processed photo is saved or an original is moved to Recently Deleted.

Getting Help

Email pickcrop.support@gmail.com with:

A description of the problem.
Your iOS version and Pick & Crop app version.
Whether it occurred during photo selection, analysis, review, saving, purchase, restoration, or account deletion.

Do not email private photos unless support specifically requests an example and you choose to provide one.

Purchases

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple.

To manage or cancel Pick & Crop Plus, open Settings → Pick & Crop Plus → Manage Subscription.
To restore a subscription, open Settings → Pick & Crop Plus → Restore Purchases.

Deleting the app or your Pick & Crop account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Account Deletion

To delete your Pick & Crop account, open Settings → Account Controls → Delete Account and Cloud Data.

This deletes the Firebase account and most account, job, usage, and credit records maintained by Pick & Crop. Photos on your device are not deleted. Limited Apple transaction and subscription records may be retained for purchase restoration, refunds, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and prevention of duplicate credit grants.
