Pick & Crop — Terms of Use

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

1. Provider and Acceptance

Pick & Crop is operated by the developer identified as the seller or provider in the applicable App Store listing. Contact: pickcrop.support@gmail.com.

By using Pick & Crop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction, or use the service with any required parent or guardian authorization.

2. Service

Pick & Crop is an iOS photo assistant that can:

AI recommendations may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing results and maintaining appropriate backups before deleting originals.

3. Processing Credits and Pick & Crop Plus

A photo submitted for analysis ordinarily uses one photo-processing credit.

The App Store displays the actual localized price and subscription period before purchase.

4. Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, and Restoration

Pick & Crop Plus is an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple. It renews automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. Apple charges your Apple Account and handles payment processing and applicable refund requests under Apple’s terms and applicable law.

Use Settings → Pick & Crop Plus → Manage Subscription to manage or cancel, and Restore Purchases to restore an eligible subscription. Deleting the app or Pick & Crop account does not cancel the Apple subscription.

5. Consumer Rights and Digital Services

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law. If the service does not conform to mandatory legal requirements, you may have remedies provided by the law that applies to you.

For purchases made through Apple, use Apple’s purchase-management and refund processes. Any statutory withdrawal or refund right remains governed by applicable law and Apple’s role in processing the App Store transaction.

6. Your Photos and License to Process

You retain ownership of your photos. You grant Pick & Crop and its service providers a limited license to transmit and process selected downscaled photo proxies and optional detail crops solely to provide, secure, and support the requested service. Pick & Crop does not claim ongoing ownership of your content.

You represent that you have the rights and authorization needed to process the photos you submit.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

8. Availability and Changes

The service depends on network, cloud, AI, Firebase, Apple, and photo-library services that may be delayed or unavailable. We may modify features, models, allowances, and pricing prospectively, subject to applicable law and Apple’s requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a particular creative result, uninterrupted availability, or preservation of every metadata or special photo resource. Live Photos, RAW resources, edit history, and other special formats may not be preserved in a cropped still-image replacement, and the app presents warnings for relevant cases.

To the extent permitted by law, Pick & Crop and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of photos, metadata, profits, or creative opportunities. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Limited transaction records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or terminate access for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or security-threatening use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

11. Apple Terms

Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different valid end-user license agreement is presented through the App Store.

12. Governing Terms and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country or state of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution procedures are determined by applicable law. Contact pickcrop.support@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore not offered as a dispute channel.

13. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing the service, subject to mandatory rights and Apple’s applicable terms.
